Privacy Policy

Kraph Co., Ltd. (“Kraph”) processes limited analytics information to understand and improve use of its corporate website.
1. Scope
This policy applies to web analytics used on the Korean and English corporate and privacy pages at kraph.co. The site has no account registration, login, inquiry form, or user database.
The contact link is a mailto: link that opens the visitor’s email application; message content does not pass through the Kraph web server.
2. Purpose and information processed
We analyze visits, page usage, and referral sources to improve site content and usability.

- Visit and session information
- Browser, operating system, and device information
- Approximate country- and city-level location
The site code does not send names, email addresses, User-IDs, or inquiry content to Google Analytics.
3. Google Analytics and international processing
Kraph uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. When a page is visited, the information above may be transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed by Google LLC and its disclosed subprocessors in the United States and other countries where their data processing facilities are located.
We do not use Google Signals, ads personalization, remarketing, or custom events. See Google’s business data protection information for more detail.
4. Retention and deletion
GA4 user and event data is retained for 14 months. The _ga browser cookie may remain for up to two years under Google’s default setting unless the visitor deletes or blocks it sooner.
Data is deleted according to Google Analytics settings and procedures when its retention period ends.
5. How to opt out
Visitors can block or delete cookies in their browser or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Opting out does not affect access to company content or language navigation.
6. Requests and contact
Send questions or requests about analytics information to contact@kraph.co. Kraph will review and respond within the scope of applicable law and the information it actually holds.
7. Changes to this policy
If the analytics tool or processing practices change, Kraph will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
